Introduction

This Code of Ethics (hereinafter also the “Code”) expresses the ethical principles and values adopted by TERMOMECCANICA GL S.r.l. (hereinafter, for brevity, also “TERMOMECCANICA” and/or the “Company”) in the conduct of its business and corporate activities.

TERMOMECCANICA confirms – also through this document – its intention to pursue a model of conduct suitable for facing the challenges arising from contemporary society and from markets on a global scale. 

For this reason, the Code is valid both in Italy and abroad, while taking into account the religious, cultural, social and economic diversity of the different contexts in which TERMOMECCANICA operates.
