- air expulsion on 3 rows of grids with adjustable frames and paint-stop filters with masonry works
- triple front door with door also serving as a service door
- filtering sky and lighting at the top with fluorescent ceiling and neon lights
- electrically operated air adjustment damper for painting and cooking phases
- with stainless steel boiler and oil burner
- turbine fan with inverted blades
- total recycling during cooking
